We have more than 240 strategically located transfer stations which allow us to efficiently transport larger volumes with fewer trucks. Our extensive network means we use less fuel, minimize wear and tear on roads and lower overall truck emissions, allowing us to better protect the environment while increasing service efficiency.

Landfills

In partnership with communities to preserve valuable resources and extend landfill capacity, Republic provides integrated service incorporating waste reduction, curbside collection, processing and marketing of recyclables, in addition to state-of-the-art landfill management. We have established a very efficient infrastructure network. Landfills are needed in a variety of areas so that all communities can be served. The last thing we want to do is to keep lots of trucks on the road all of the time driving back and forth to remote landfills. Our landfills are highly engineered and professionally managed facilities that are operated to meet all federal, state and local regulations.
